One of my earliest and most beautiful memories is the traditional Indian welcome of tea and endless snacks. Every greeting and goodbye was always followed by “Cha Da Cup Peelo” which simply translates to ‘Have a cup of tea’.

That’s what inspired me to start Chai and Spice. To create a bite-size and moreish treat to enjoy with a cup of hot masala tea to represent my British Indian upbringing.

We create handmade barfi, or as I like to call it, “Indian fudge”, along with a selection of delicately spiced brownies.

The first box was created in 2017 to celebrate the birth of my second child. Since then, I’ve been through countless different recipes and sleepless nights to create the best fusion treats I know you’ll ever taste!

Today, I’m so happy to welcome you to try my new range of fusion barfi and brownies.
